I thought the comment about the politics of the show was very strange. The writer completely missed what the real politics of the show are.

The one (local) comment after the review seems to amplify these observations.

The accents WERE all over the place. For example, the lead speaks in a subtle accent but sings in his normal manner.

Casting for Mrs. W. was fine, however.
