According to this article, Dance St. Louis will include BETM in its season, Aug.10-28, 2011.

According to this article at StLtoday.com, the 2nd Tour dates for St. Louis have been moved from the previously announced August, 2011 dates to November of 2011.

The official BETM Tour website has been updated to reflect the changed dates in St. Louis from the original August dates. The dates now showing are October 31 to November 13, 2011.

So... where are they actually going first? Evansville or St. Louis? Thought I read that they were going to be doing tech rehearsals in Evansville. Wonder how long they will be there (if there is where they are headed first).

Glenn Cook, on his public Facebook page, indicated that they'd be flying into St. Louis and then busing to Evansville for the tech rehearsals this week. According to Google maps, it's about a three hour bus ride. That also allows the company to ship the set to a location where the crew presumably has more time to set it up the first time and make sure everything works properly before using it "for real" and then can just ship it on a three hour journey to St. Louis this weekend.
