I'm thinking every theater is going to get quite the review after this...I'm sure the Victoria excepted because it MUST have already got the most through review possible before the construction around it(you'd think)

That was my first thought as well, that somehow the construction around the VP had caused an accident there.

Last time this theater ceiling was inspected...3 months ago. Someone got it wrong...missed something.
